1. Services
QuickRent Agreement provides rent agreement registration services including document preparation, stamp duty payment facilitation, biometric verification coordination, and e-registration assistance in Pune and Nashik, Maharashtra.
2. Service Process
- Client provides required documents and information
- We prepare the rent agreement as per Maharashtra law
- Biometric verification is conducted at the client's location
- Agreement is submitted for e-registration
- Registered agreement is delivered to the client
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Submit valid government-issued identity documents
- Ensure availability of both parties for biometric verification
- Make timely payment for government fees and service charges
4. Fees and Payment
Our service fee is in addition to government charges (stamp duty and registration fee). All government charges are as per prevailing Maharashtra government rates. Service fees are communicated before the engagement begins.
5. Cancellation and Refund
If you cancel before document preparation begins, a full refund of service charges is provided. Government fees (stamp duty, registration charges) once paid are non-refundable as per government policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
QuickRent Agreement acts as a facilitator for rent agreement registration. We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by government systems or processes
- Disputes between landlord and tenant
- Inaccurate information provided by clients
- Changes in government fees or regulations
